Get In TouchOnce we have talked, I’ll walk you through the application, our agreement and the details for a particular puppy. We arrange a phone or video conversation before a deposit.
We’ll make a plan for pickup or travel and go over feeding, supplies and your puppy’s routine so you feel ready for the first days at home.
A Practical Starting Point
Have a crate or play yard, comfortable bedding and a quiet place ready for your puppy’s first days.
Food and water bowls, a collar or harness, a leash and cleaning supplies are a useful place to start. We’ll talk through the feeding routine before pickup.
Choose puppy-safe chew toys and plan time for gentle play, rest and short training sessions as your puppy settles in.

Our puppies generally go home at eight weeks, after a veterinary visit and clearance. We confirm the exact timing for each puppy together.
Yes. A phone or video conversation is part of our process before accepting a deposit. I want you to feel comfortable with us and have time to ask questions.
We can discuss local pickup, meeting in Charleston or Huntington, or travel with a flight nanny or in-cabin companion. We do not ship puppies as cargo. Please ask about arrangements and any costs before booking.
